Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Commitment to uphold Chipotle's values and food standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and restaurant procedures
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for food preparation and customer service
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and quality standards strictly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Support efforts in digital ordering and technology use within the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
- Participate in training sessions and skill development opportunities
