Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
  • Commitment to uphold Chipotle's values and food standards
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and restaurant procedures
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion for food preparation and customer service
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and quality standards strictly
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Support efforts in digital ordering and technology use within the restaurant
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development opportunities
