- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory

- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand according to Chipotle’s standards
- Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations confidently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety regulations consistently
- Support efforts to uphold Chipotle’s commitment to quality and sustainability
