Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation

  • Availability for full or part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
