Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving others
- desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for learning new skills

- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- support team members to promote a positive work environment
- follow food safety and quality standards
- participate in training and continuous learning opportunities
