Job Duties
- perform operational duties to deliver excellent customer service and support franchisee's organization
- serve customers according to the Little Caesars Customer Service Standards
- prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures
- display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook
- clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image
- perform and assist in preparation, assembly, and landing of Little Caesar menu items
- stock delivery in designated locations, as well as put items in designated areas
- prepare dough and sauce
- maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders, operate cash register
- package menu items appropriately and consistently
- perform daily cleaning duties, maintaining high standards that represent and reflect the corporate image including washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining clean bathrooms, carrying out trash, cleaning and sterilizing work stations, washing windows, and cleaning tables
- properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment such as the dough machine (only if 18 years of age or older)
- maintain appropriate uniform attire and personal hygiene
