The Yoon Organization proudly owns and operates a McDonald’s franchise restaurant located at 4135 E Firestone Boulevard, South Gate, CA. As an independent franchisee, the Yoon Organization is licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products, operating the restaurant under these well-recognized trademarks. However, it is important to understand that this franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA, maintaining full responsibility for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees.
