Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, and move around for long periods
- ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- comfortable working in a lively and noisy indoor environment
- willing to engage with large groups of guests and team members
- commitment to safety and friendly service
Job Qualifications

- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required
- customer service or sales experience is a plus
- able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor court safety and ensure guest compliance with park rules
- assist customers at the café with food and beverage orders
- host parties and events ensuring a smooth and fun experience
- manage front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-in
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions
