Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16
- ability to get to and from work on time
- maintain open communication with management
- availability to work scheduled hours
- willingness to embrace company standards and policies
- capability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- ability to operate point of sale systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and customer-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- prepare and assemble food orders
- ring out orders using the cash register
- assist with unloading delivery trucks twice a week
- maintain cleanliness of work stations
- follow Jersey Mike's policies and procedures
- demonstrate a sense of urgency and teamwork
