Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide friendly and exceptional customer service
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow Chipotle’s quality and safety standards in food preparation
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
