Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
- Ability to follow brand standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to provide legal work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy’s brand standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills properly
- Follow safety and food handling procedures
- Assist fellow crew members when needed
- Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies
