Job Duties
- Greet and inform customers about wash packages, monthly memberships, and promotions
- Assist customers at pay terminals and in the vacuum lot
- Safely guide vehicles into the car wash tunnel
- Apply pre-wash soap to vehicles before entering the wash process
- Perform daily property maintenance duties, including lightly detailing vacuums/hoses, picking up trash, and emptying scrub buckets
- Participate in weekly maintenance nights for the upkeep of equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Complete daily opening/closing duties
