Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use headset for taking orders and communication
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as fryer, grill, slicer
  • Ability to arrive on time and maintain regular attendance
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately under time constraints
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes hot or cold environment
  • Completion of all required training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Use headset and restaurant equipment effectively
  • Assist with stock loading and inventory management
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
