Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset for taking orders and communication
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as fryer, grill, slicer
- Ability to arrive on time and maintain regular attendance
- Ability to work well with others and take direction
- Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately under time constraints
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes hot or cold environment
- Completion of all required training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations
- Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use headset and restaurant equipment effectively
- Assist with stock loading and inventory management
