Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required

- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support the mission of Chipotle by promoting responsible sourcing and sustainability
