Job Duties

  • Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transactions with a friendly demeanor
  • collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) to cook menu items in line with company standards and recipes
  • ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed
  • keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment
  • assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation
  • work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health regulations
