Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Greet and acknowledge customers quickly
- Take food orders and deliver food orders
- Provide information about menu items and retail products
- Upsell products and promotions
- Operate POS cash register and accurately record purchases
- Accept customer payments and secure cash drawer
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing
- Ensure proper food and beverage handling procedures
- Estimate product usage and request stock replenishment
- Regularly stock and reorganize product items
- Follow FIFO product rotation method
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Clean utensils, pots, pans, and store areas
- Empty trash bins and maintain store cleanliness
- Follow security and safety procedures
- Interact well with coworkers and offer assistance
- Notify management of any incidents or accidents
- Perform other duties as required by management
