Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical ability to lift, squat, and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts based on business needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to following safety and security procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different restaurant stations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to Little Caesars Customer Service Standards
- Prepare high quality products by following Little Caesars recipes and procedures
- Display proper image as outlined in the orientation handbook
- Clean and organize work stations and assigned areas
- Practice safety and security procedures as defined in training
- Follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- Work cooperatively with team members and management to achieve restaurant goals
