Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Comfortable working with large groups of people
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a high volume customer-facing role is ideal but not required

Job Duties
- Monitor trampoline courts and enforce safety rules
- Assist guests in the café area including handling food and beverages
- Host parties ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service
