Job Duties
- Train to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations including greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
- Help deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Deliver gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
- Contribute as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to the Wings Over dress code
- Perform other related duties as assigned
