Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Prior experience handling cash and credit card transactions is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and operational procedures
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Serve customers in a polite and timely manner
- Prepare food and beverages in accordance with prescribed safety guidelines
- Take orders from customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate a cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Clean restaurant including mopping, sweeping, wiping and scrubbing
- Stock cold and dry products
- Work as a team to meet sales goals
- Adhere to all safety guidelines
- Arrive for shift on time and stay until completion of duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
