Job Duties
- Train to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations including greeting guests in-person and on the phone
- take orders in our POS system
- bread and fry chicken
- sauce and assemble orders
- perform food prep
- wash dishes
- keep all workstations clean and organized following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- deliver gold standard customer experiences by being genuine and friendly
- resolve any questions, concerns, or complaints
- contribute to store goals and sales growth
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
- wear the Wings Over uniform and adhere to dress code
- perform other related duties as assigned
