Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- comfortable communicating in a busy and loud indoor environment

- previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required

Job Duties
- work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- monitor trampoline courts as part of safety crew
- assist guests with membership sales and inquiries
- host parties and ensure guest satisfaction
- operate café services and maintain inventory
