Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transaction with a friendly demeanor
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) to cook menu items in line with company standards and recipes
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment
  • Assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health regulations
