Job Qualifications

- Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service quickly, accurately and safely
- Meet or exceed guests' expectations on quality, service, cleanliness and consistency
- Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect and genuine care towards guests and co-workers
- Operate cash register including counting and returning change and balancing cash drawer
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
