Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee of McDonald's located at 2351 Balfour Rd, Brentwood, CA 94513. This establishment operates under a franchise license to use McDonald's branding and food products, but it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters, making independent decisions regarding hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees at this location.
