Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Capability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Ability to work in high heat environments and with cooking oils
- No special vision requirements
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to handle standardized situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Strong communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division involving money and measurements
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
Job Duties
- Greet the customer
- Suggest product sales and answer questions about products
- Record customer orders accurately
- Manage customer flow in serpentine area to maintain smooth service
- Select and assemble food items for serving trays or takeout bags
- Serve cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
- Receive customer payments
- Assist customers with questions or complaints
- Retrieve raw food stock and prepare it for cooking
- Perform food preparation duties
- Maintain clean and orderly eating and serving areas
- Follow all company policies and procedures
