Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- dependable with a great smile
- positive attitude
- ability to stand and move during most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- willingness to pitch in and support fellow crew and customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- prepare food according to Wendy's brand standards
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- follow safety and quality guidelines
- assist team members as needed
- handle cash and complete transactions accurately
