Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks including cooking and customer service
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to upholding Chipotle’s high standards for quality and customer service
Job Qualifications

- Desire to learn how to cook

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in customer service or food service (preferred but not required)
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand according to Chipotle’s quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Operate all restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to create a positive work environment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
- Support efforts to promote Chipotle’s mission and values in daily operations
