Job Duties
- train to be familiar with foH and boH workstations including greeting guests in person and on the phone
- take orders using POS system
- bread and fry chicken
- sauce and assemble orders
- perform food prep and wash dishes
- keep workstations clean, organized, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- deliver genuine and friendly customer service to resolve questions, concerns, or complaints
- contribute to store goals and sales growth
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
- adhere to dress code and maintain neat appearance
- perform other related duties as assigned
