Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to brand standards
- Good communication skills to interact effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare great food following brand standards and guidelines
- Serve customers with friendly and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Stand and move throughout the shift to fulfill job duties
- Assist fellow crew members whenever needed
- Address and resolve issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction
