- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to sit, stand, and move throughout the park
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- Previous experience in customer-facing high volume roles is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- Physically able to sit, stand, and move throughout the park
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor trampoline courts to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests
- Assist in food and beverage service as a Café Associate
- Host and coordinate birthday parties and special events
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to promote a positive environment
