Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting over 50 pounds
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
- Tolerance for temperature fluctuations and exposure to hot oil
- Basic English literacy and communication skills
- Ability to use basic computer systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Compliance with company policies and relevant laws
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach and lift over 50 pounds during shifts
- Ability to work in fast-paced and noisy environments
- Tolerance to temperature changes and hazardous substances
- Basic English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency including cash register operation
- Availability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Adherence to company policies and local, state and federal laws
- Prior fast casual or fast food experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Perform duties in various restaurant areas including cash register, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby and morning prep area
- Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to ensure excellent customer experience
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and equipment
- Operate cash register and basic computer systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
