- Work at a fast pace while managing a high volume workload
- Multitask efficiently to meet restaurant demands
- Deliver crave-able food through strict recipe adherence and food quality standards
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate Freebirds' core values daily including teamwork, relentlessness, integrity, best in class, and empowerment
- Obtain and maintain a food handlers certification
- Wear nonslip shoes starting from the first day of training
- Sustain the physical demands of a restaurant environment comfortably
