Job Requirements

  • 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • Exceptional time management attention to detail and guest service skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and uphold Dunkin' brand standards

Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences ensuring products are prepared according to operational and quality standards
  • Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent service resolve guest issues and follow brand standards recipes and systems
  • Handle POS transactions with accuracy and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Understand and exceed guest expectations develop and maintain guest relationships and seek ways to improve guest satisfaction
  • Set and maintain high standards for self and others contribute to overall team performance and identify and resolve issues as they arise
