Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand, sit, and move around for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Comfortable working in a busy and noisy indoor environment
- Willingness to engage courteously with guests and coworkers
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Able to stand, sit, and move for prolonged periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure guest safety and enforce park rules
- Assist guests with check-in and registration processes
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in the café
- Host and facilitate parties and special events
- Process sales transactions and promote membership packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth park operations
