Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations with confidence
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist in training new crew members
- Uphold Chipotle's mission and values in daily operations
