Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be available to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is helpful but not required
- Ability to learn and follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to brand standards
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist fellow crew members when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the shift
