Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Willingness to work in various crew member positions including front counter drive-thru grill and chill stations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Communicate clearly quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
- Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- Greet guests as they enter or use the drive-thru
- Process customer transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Prepare food and treat products quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including counters tables restrooms and trash receptacles
- Assist with stocking proper rotation of products
- Perform assigned prep and cleaning duties
- Report problems or unusual matters to management promptly
- Work as a team member to ensure quality service cleanliness and value
- Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders
