Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Willingness to work in various crew member positions including front counter drive-thru grill and chill stations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Communicate clearly quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
  • Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
  • Greet guests as they enter or use the drive-thru
  • Process customer transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity
  • Prepare food and treat products quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including counters tables restrooms and trash receptacles
  • Assist with stocking proper rotation of products
  • Perform assigned prep and cleaning duties
  • Report problems or unusual matters to management promptly
  • Work as a team member to ensure quality service cleanliness and value
  • Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders
