Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
  • Commitment to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

  • At least 16 years old
  • Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently without use of freezers or microwaves
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist in training and mentoring new crew members as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
