Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Commitment to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently without use of freezers or microwaves
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in training and mentoring new crew members as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
