Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must have basic mathematical skills with American money and measurement units
- Must be able to follow simple one- or two-step instructions
- Must be able to work in standardized situations
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and use hands
- Must be able to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Employee may be exposed to high heat and cooking oils
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using money and measurements
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
Job Duties
- Greets the customer
- Suggestive sale and answer questions about products
- Records the customer’s order
- Stages customers to maintain smooth customer flow
- Selects and assembles food items on serving tray or takeout bag
- Serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
- Receives payment
- Assists customers with questions or complaints
- Retrieves raw food stock and prepares food
- Maintains orderly eating and serving areas
- Follows company policies and procedures
