Job Requirements
- ability to remain stationary and move around the park for long periods
- ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
- ability to frequently communicate in a busy and loud indoor environment
- flexible schedule availability
- minimum age requirement of 16 years
- willing to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor park activity to ensure guest safety
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- assist with party hosting and event coordination
- sell memberships and handle front desk operations
- prepare and serve food and beverages in the café
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
