Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Possess the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Have a passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn cooking and operational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and passion for serving customers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming environment
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle’s commitments to quality and food responsibility
- Participate in training and development programs to grow skills and advance career
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
