Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and health department standards
- Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environments
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile
- Take and place dine-in, take-out, phone, and online orders accurately
- Promote catering services and seasonal specials to guests
- Prepare and maintain dining room and guest areas ensuring cleanliness and stock
- Assist with food preparation inside the kitchen
- Handle cash and payment procedures following company standards
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and organizing workspaces
