Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
possess a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
have a passion for helping and serving others
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
willingness to learn cooking skills
able to work flexible hours including full and part-time shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills
enthusiasm for customer service
willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare fresh food by hand daily
provide exceptional customer service
maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
collaborate with team members to create a friendly atmosphere
follow all food safety and hygiene standards
assist in training and supporting new team members
