Job Duties
- prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to company standards
- operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including kitchen and dining spaces
- greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage stock and inventory to ensure availability of ingredients
- assist in training new employees and support team members during shifts
