Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, lifting, and using kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills

- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following Chipotle's standards
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist with training new team members
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle transactions and digital tips accurately
