Job Requirements
- Ability to work at a fast pace, keep up with a high volume workload, and multitask
- Must obtain a food handler’s certification upon hire
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to demonstrate company values of teamwork, relentlessness, integrity, best in class, and empowerment
- Nonslip shoes are mandatory starting on day one of training
- Physically able to withstand demands of a restaurant environment
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment is beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain food handler’s certification
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude

- Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Work effectively at a fast pace handling a high volume workload and multitasking

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
