The Yoon Organization proudly owns and operates a McDonald's franchise located at 10841 Imperial Hwy, Norwalk, CA 90650. As an independent franchisee, the Yoon Organization operates separately from McDonald's USA, holding a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to serve customers in a world-renowned fast-food environment. This ensures that the restaurant reflects the high standards and values associated with the McDonald's brand while maintaining an independent management structure. If hired, employees will work directly for the Yoon Organization, which is responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee discipline, distinct from McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
