Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Available to work flexible hours during operational times including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Capable of prolonged standing, sitting, and moving around the park
- Effective communication skills in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in high volume customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Capable of sitting, standing, and moving for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor trampoline court to ensure guest safety
- Assist guests and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of park areas including the café
- Support party hosting duties including setup and guest coordination
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as membership sales and customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
