Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Ability to work flexible hours during park operational times
  • Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a loud indoor environment
  • Willingness to engage positively with guests and team members
  • Must complete application process

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
  • Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and move frequently throughout the park
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Monitor trampoline courts to ensure guest safety
  • Assist guests with park rules and safety protocols
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in the café area
  • Host and coordinate birthday parties and special events
  • Manage front desk activities including membership sales and customer inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance the customer experience
