Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • willingness to learn and take on multiple roles such as cashier and cook
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must have excellent customer service skills
  • able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • able to follow directions and maintain food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • greet and provide excellent customer service to guests
  • operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
  • prepare food items following McDonald's quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • follow all health and safety guidelines
  • assist with stocking and inventory management
